Poly cart trash services offer significant advantages in mountainous, rural, and high-altitude areas, focusing on safety, sanitation, and environmental protection. Can I use my own container and if so what will the cost for trash service be?
Yes, you can use your own trash container. Once we determine the size of your container we will confirm the type of service you prefer( i.e. weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service) and quote you the price.

Does my trash still need to be bagged?
Yes, your trash will need to be bagged in tall kitchen bags 13-25 gal size. No loose trash will be allowed in the poly carts. Poly carts filled with unbaked trash will not be serviced.

Can I change my mind if I want a larger poly cart?
Yes, if you find the poly cart you ordered is too small for the amount of trash your household produces, contact us and we will trade out the poly cart for a larger size .There will be fee adjustments of course.

What is considered extra trash?
Ensure all trash fits inside the poly cart or dumpster with the lid secured. If a cart or dumpster is overfilled, additional service fees will be applied. Please contact us to schedule a special pickup for extra items for a fee.

​What type of clearance is needed for dumpster service?
​Garbage trucks require significant space to approach, align, and lift the dumpster safely.​ Please ensure the area is cleared of vehicles and obstacles on the scheduled service day. The spot must be free of low-hanging wires, tree branches, and obstructions is necessary for efficient and safe service.

Which waste materials are NOT ALLOWED in a dumpster?
Dumpsters should not contain any construction debris. This includes items such as wood, metal, drywall, flooring, concrete, tile, or any other material associated with construction or renovation.
Any construction debris found in any bear-proof dumpster. The following fees will apply:

$100 fee for 10-yard and 15-yard bear-proof dumpsters

$250 fee for 30-yard bear-proof dumpsters
If debris is found, we will take a photo of the materials inside the dumpster and send it to you for documentation. If you need a dumpster for construction or heavy materials, we offer open-top construction cans in 7yd, 10yd, 18yd, and 30yd sizes, and we would be happy to help get one delivered.

What time do poly cart containers need to be at curbside?
Please place all poly carts at the curb by 7:00 a.m. and leave them in place until service is completed. Due to fluctuating route demands, we cannot guarantee a specific pickup time, only service on your scheduled day.

How do you bill for trash service?
Trash service is billed on a monthly basis and invoices are sent via email. Auto pay options are preferred. You may also send a check to P.O. Box 3930 Estes Park, Co 80517. We prefer no cash and no checks attached to poly carts.

Who do I call for missed trash service?
If your trash was missed, please call Jessica, and she will verify the route status with our drivers.
